Terms and Conditions
You will have exclusive use of our property from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, and up to 10 a.m. on the day of departure for the weeks booked.
In compliance with our contract, you will accept responsibility to replace any damaged article or pay for neccessary repairs to rectify any damage.
Deposit. We would require a deposit of £150 per week and the balance to be paid eight weeks prior to departure.
The cost is from £425 per week, and £100 per week for pool heat (possibly required November to April). A reduction is made for a third week
Our only request is that you leave the property as you find it on arrival.
We would ask guests to refrain from smoking in the villa. There is a covered Patio by the pool, with table and chairs which can be used for this purpose.
Please note: Refundable deposit - At the time of full and final balance, a refundable security deposit is also required. This will be refunded within 21 days of keys being left at the property, and no damage reported by our representative.
