All Prices are per week for the villa and not per person, and whilst we do realised that we are not the cheapest we do give excelent value for money considering the high level of furnishings and amenities available

A reduction may be available for bookings of 3 weeks or more

US$ prices quoted DO  include state and tourist tax of 12%

UK£ DO include state and tourist taxes

Pool heating is charged at $180 per week
(Recommended end Oct to April)

Our pool is heated by gas so if you do take this option you can be assured that the pool will be warm for your arrival as gas heats up much quicker than electric and if outside temprature drop gas will always work

Booking Deposit

We do require a deposit of £150/$250 per week to secure the booking

There is also a refundable security deposit of £250/$350 which is held against any damages.

This is to be paid with final balance (8 weeks before arrival at the villa)

This will be repaid within 30 days of your departure, once we are notified that there has been no damage to the house or contents by our management company.

A Discount is available for a 3 week or more booking.

Rentals can start any day of the week. Payments accepted in US dollars and Pounds Sterling.

Bookings of 6 nights or less incur a surcharge of £50/$90.
